You can freely use VanToGo's minibuses in all countries of the European Union – whether it's a holiday in Croatia, a getaway to Vienna, or a road trip in Italy.
If your route leads to a country outside the EU – for example Serbia or Montenegro – you can go there too with the lessor's written permission. You start from Budapest, we handle the rest.
Where can you go with the rented minibus?
EU countries – you can go freely
With our rented minibuses you can freely cross into all member states of the European Union. No separate paperwork, no need to notify in advance – you cross the border just like with your own car.
Some popular destinations where our renters travel: Croatia, Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, Germany.
Countries outside the EU – with written permission
Would you like to get to Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, or another country outside the EU? This is possible too – but it requires written permission from us. Issuing the permit is no problem; just let us know the route in advance when booking or at the latest before pickup, and we'll prepare the necessary document.
Important: for trips outside the EU, request written permission – without it you may be turned back at the border.

Can I get remote help in case of a problem?
Yes. All our minibuses have European assistance in effect, providing coverage throughout the EU. For trips outside the EU, ask us for information when booking.
Which minibus should you choose for a trip abroad?
You can take any of our minibuses abroad – choose the one that best suits your team and your trip. We have both automatic and manual transmission, 8- and 9-seaters. All are well-maintained and comfortable even on longer trips.
How does the rental work?

Choosing a minibus– Browse our minibuses on vantogo.hu, check the details and prices, and choose the one that best suits your trip

Filling out the booking form– On the form at the bottom of the page, enter your name, email address, the desired dates, and if you like, a note too (e.g. destination, special request)

Confirmation by email– After sending, you'll automatically receive an email confirming that we've received your booking. We'll get back to you personally soon.

Contract and deposit– We'll send you the rental contract filled out with your real details, along with an invoice request for an advance equal to 50% of the rental fee

Pay deposit– By paying the deposit, your booking is finalised. From this point the vehicle is reserved for you for the selected period.

Pickup in Budapest– At the agreed time you pick up the minibus, we sign the contract, and you can set off
